Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit is applied toward your final total at checkout and is not an extra fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, the deposit is forfeited. The deposit goes directly to our technicians, who rely on scheduled work for their income. With at least 72 hours' notice, we can usually fill your spot so our team does not lose wages.

No, the deposit will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is NOT an additional fee. For instance, if the total price is $400 and your deposit was $100 (25%), then at time of checkout, you'll only pay $300. We'll keep track of it all for you.
When you book an appointment with us, we reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you. Our technicians count on that scheduled work for their income. A deposit lets us know you're serious about working with us, and we really appreciate that. It also helps us avoid last minute no shows and cancellations that hurt our small business and our team's wages.

However, if there's really extreme weather (blizzard, ice storm, etc.) that makes it unsafe to travel, we'll reschedule your appointment with no penalty and your deposit will be applied to the new date.
When you book your appointment through our online booking system or over the phone, we'll collect your 25% deposit at that time. It's quick and easy, and secures your spot in our schedule.
